We offer reformer, matwork and rehabilitation classes to keep you feeling like the best version of you. With only 8 reformer beds, classes have an intimate feel, allowing you to get the most out of your workout.
Pilates is focused on improving core strength and mind-body connection. Each exercise is able to be modified for all different fitness and flexibility types. Whether you’re a teen, new Mum, farmer or retired – Pilates will improve the life you choose to live.
In 2016, we were approached by the head of a shearing team who wondered if Pilates might be able to help his team with their many aches and pains as well as relieve the financial pressure that constant workers compensation claims have on a small business. We offered a six week Pilates course as a trial – focusing on improving core strength, stretching tight muscles and strengthening small stabilisers. Even we were blown away by the results – every single student reported an improvement or complete cure in their back pain! It’s been 4 years now and we run a weekly mens Pilates group for farmers, shearers and any bloke that would like to attend, keeping them #fittofarm.
Pregnancy and Postnatal
At this stage, there are no dedicated pregnancy or postnatal classes running – however your instructor will be able to accomodate your needs in each and every trimester of your pregnancy to best support your changing body.
