We offer reformer, matwork and rehabilitation classes to keep you feeling like the best version of you. With only 8 reformer beds, classes have an intimate feel, allowing you to get the most out of your workout.
Pilates is focused on improving core strength and mind-body connection. Each exercise is able to be modified for all different fitness and flexibility types. Whether you’re a teen, new Mum, farmer or retired – Pilates will improve the life you choose to live.
Bubs n’ Bumps
Exercise Physiologist and Mother, Carly, is passionate about rehabilitating new mums and keeping your body as heathy as possible through pregnancy. Bubs n’ Bumps class runs 9:30am every Saturday. Classes are opened to all trimesters of pregnancy and babies up to 8 months old. To register in the class please contact email@example.com
Men are welcomed to each and every class at Stem Pilates – however we notice a need to create a time exclusively for blokes. Tuesdays 6:30pm Reformer Class focuses on every muscle imbalance that is common in men, whether you’re a shearer or business man. More info contact firstname.lastname@example.org
