Terms and Condition on Class Passes / Packs
All classes are non transferable and are for individual sale.
Unlimited membership – Direct Debited monthly. No suspensions or extensions, unless injured and accompanied by a medical certificate.
Casual Classes and Value Packs – Have a 3-month expiration date from date of purchase.

Bookings & Cancellations

Our Pilates studio is intimate and we keep our classes small so we get a chance to focus on you individually in a fun social environment. Booking are essential as classes do book out. Booking is easy and can done through our website or mind body app. To make the booking process easier we have listed a few commonly asked questions.

Do I need to book into a class?
Yes. It is important to pre-book your classes as we are a small studio of 8 beds so classes can book out. Don’t stress if your favourite class is booked out, add yourself to the waitlist as class numbers change throughout the day/week. You will receive and email to confirm your booking if you are added into the class.
How do I book in to a class?
Booking is easy and done through our website or from the Mind Body app on your phone.
I’m the only person booked into my class, will it still go ahead?
No. Classes need a minimum of three clients to run otherwise they will be cancelled. Classes will be cancelled 2 hours before they start if there are less than three people booked in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Classes can be cancelled and refunded up to 9 hours before the class starts. If you cancel or “no show” to your class within the 9- hour window frame you will be charged full price for that session. We ask kindly that you please let us know you can’t make it by cancelling your session so somebody else may take your place.
What happens if I turn up late to class?
All class start with a warm up. This is to make sure your body is ready for exercise and you have the range of motion and don’t cause an injury. If you miss the warm up you will be refused entry into the class by the trainer. Warm up takes 5-10 minutes. If possible please arrive 5 minutes prior to class to allow for set up / hydrating etc.
